Well, i finaly went out and bought it out of share boredom, and i have to say its suprisingly good. I have enjoyed playing it and spend well over 10 hours on my first pass through.
That unlocked the hard mode (impossible difficulty) and i am now steadyly working on that.
It has good story, and the gameplay really works for the game too, sort of shooter with some RPG elements. Takes a bit of getting used too, but plays well.
I finished this last October
I enjoyed it but it felt very similar to bioshock.
yes its a scifi game but step back and its got the same poster humour and felt as though they had either been in development at the same time or one had taken elements from the other and reworked them.
Not as good as bioshock but did still had good intense action but it did feel like doom3 as DA put it going from room to room and floor to floor.
The over the shoulder view did feel awkward at first and as a direct port some of the controls were hard even some of the levels were a bit awkward but overall its a good buy.
it was around Ã,£5 on g2play i seem to remember :D
Good steal of parts makes for a better game then a poor own development. Am not to bothered with it being similar, but i did enjoy it a lot.
Am about half way in impossible now, and i have to say it pritty much lives up to the name :)
Made it to the last boss on impossible, and so far not have had much sucsess with that.... In a 5 min fight 1 mistake will kill you
