Throwing Specialization: This talent no longer causes Fan of Knives to interrupt spellcasting.

Well, it was kinda op, in my opinion. It's still lame that PvP has to influence PvE tho.

all PVE nerfs are due to PVP

2 second increase of Penance CD due to it being OP in PVP amirite?

really just have to live with it ^^
