Every raiding member of DMR should have a basic idea of every fight we can encounter. We do not want to have to go over every little detail of a fight when a new person is raiding with us. A simple "you are tanking/healing/dps'ing/interrupting/etc. this or that target" should suffice to make that person aware of what's expected of them. This saves us time while raiding and ensures we get the most out of our nights.

In the above thread you can find Tankspot's very detailed video's on the encounters in WotLK raiding. Globally, these are the tactics we use for every fight, but even if we have a different approach, it is still expected of our raiders to watch these video's to at least know what the fight is about. We want to encourage everyone to watch video's in advance. For example, if there is the possibility that we down a certain boss for the first time on a certain night, make sure that you know what's going to come next, through for example these video's.
I recommend watching them in HD if your rig can handle it, top quality and entertaining as well! Bring out the popcorn! :dmw:
