Not at the moment.

We've got to sort out the config files so that we can easily and reliably shutdown and restart the servers without problems.

When we have both servers stable we will re-introduce CD.

QuoteCheating-death 4.4 Released

A new version of Cheating-Death has been released with various fixes and additions, including crashing when the server fills up, some code issues for Nvidia Quadro users, resolves random lagging problems and adds a gl_polyoffset violation check. Another interesting addition is the new method for forwarding link entity export functions from game DLL to the engine, meaning that C-D will be compatible with all mods past, present and future when in liblist.gam mode.

I stand corrected.

the problem we have with NON STEAM mods is with all non steam mods.  The mod will not be updated while the engine will........ hence steams massive cock once again frigs the mod community.  They need to keep the mods up in line with HL engine updates before they come out.... how?  good question.
