:D also it might be a idea that at some point over the next few weeks to get a couple of 10man runs in ulduar so people can see what the fight is like:) beacuse we have not done ulduar 10 in a long while. I dont mean on a main raid night but on a off night, and maybe rotate people in and out of the grp, its just thorim that we are struggling on atm out of the watchers. But it would also get people far enough in to see general and yogg. Those fights are going to be hard enough with only a handful of people in the guild who have done the fights on 10man.

Very much so yes, if one tank can keep the adds that are already there occupied and the other deals with the boss that should greatly increase our chances!

well, we can deal with the gauntlet with 2 tanks. Thing might be to keep any tank that got aoe in the arena, and single target's in the hallway.

iv had this on my mind since the trys on thorim how about haveing a lock a mage a druid and say 1 other dps in the hallway and have us hunters in the arena cuz we hae 2 aoe traps with 30 sec cd that can be placed in the middle cuz the problem is with the hallway we get to the last mini boss and the arena dies mabye if the hallway is a bit faster with higher single target dpsers the arena will have less time with the mobs and might not get over stuffed with adds cuz i no my single target dps isent that good but i can aoe and do traps better

its only a thoght and would like some feedback on it

hmm i don't think that you can put mages and locks in the hallway m8, they are also great at doing AoE....
and i don't think that only the hunters have enough dps to AoE the arena down by themselves
 
but that is just my 2 cents

there wontjust be hunters in the arena there will still be loads of aoe dps there cuz only a few people go in the hallway

Previously in 10 man we have taken both locks & mages down the hallway (holloway for Garrit!...sorry cannot resist that).  They have uber firepower which helps move forward fast.  We do however need a mage in the arena to spellsteal also.

I think your idea has potential Roary, slowing down what happens in the arena will give healers a chance to move if something is after them & also the tanks to catch any strays or potential strays.

On my resto shaman I tend to have plenty of time to purge when in the arena.
