Tonight NF has been given a final warning
Reason Deliberat TK of Element, due to a TW done by element..
Eventho Element shot first, NO member should be allowed to TK/TW back.
Over the past NF has been given so many warnings, for his actions on boomer and MH.. and we cannot keep letting it slip.
Next time (hopefully there isnt) he should be awarded a extended ban due to his high amount of outstanding warnings for TK's/swearing/oob and other infractions.
Maybe one day he will learn and adjust his attitude :sad:

Honestly there is nothing worse i can think off, but to hand a ban to a member, but hes just broken the rules so many times, that it cant be justified to let him continue

OK I've sent PMs to both parties.
Element got a ticking off for deliberate TW and reminded of the TCS Player Standards.
NF got a Final Warning. the gist of which says
Quote"....That this happened on our public server, where we all are expected to set an example to other players, is very disappointing....Members and guests look forward to Friday sessions and for many it is the only regular gaming opportunity they have. So to have to put up with name calling and deliberate TW and TK is unacceptable. The Admins are busy keeping an eye on the public players and shouldn't have to deal with this sort of behaviour from a veteran."
Its a shame logs doesnt record voicecoms as thats where the most abuse were conducted.
Personally, I think Element overreacted with shooting NF in the head just cos of a stupid comment, in which I do understand the provocation from NF. Him being a little hotheaded, I believe sometimes its not necessary with more to make NF mad. It is a common reaction when getting purposly shot at, to shoot back.
That said, I think it is totally inappropriate for a dMw member to bend rules by TKing someone just because they get mad. And tbh, NF was abusive over the coms (Oth was on his team and told me), he said that Elements spray was gay. He kept saying this several times, and which made Element deliberatly teamwound NF, and you all know the rest.
Oth was saying over the coms that they were to play nice, and he said that to Element for his TW and to NF for his silly comments. 2 millisecs after that, NF killed Element. I took the matter in adminchat, as I thought it was serious for a dMwer to do so. Not knowing Element being the one shooting first.
I too think that NF might think its a headhunt, but I dont think that he should get the slip everytime he bends the rules. It doesnt matter how long one has been a member, one should act like it then!
He keeps swearing, and he keeps calling people names and being disrespectful to about anyone, and calling things he doesnt like gay. That does not work for me personally, and several other people in the community, AND it doesnt work with the community guidlines/regulations.
EDIT: I made this post while Blunt posted his post. Thanks for your actions Blunt, and then disregard this one. I will however keep the post to read so that you all can know how I stand in this matter.
