He's a CS Public admin.

Yup, he's a public admin and as there is no special badge for that he keeps his green badge.
It's because we have 2 levels of admin in CS:S.
Maybe the public admins could have it written under their names as recognition? or maybe they should get a red badge?
what do you think?

WOW have a red/green badge, may be worth looking at similar. it may let me get a few more COD admins too
