Yeah smilo, that page looks dodgy to me too. Chucked up an alert and crashed firefox.
I will stay away then :)
That's odd. ITProPortal is a legit web site. It's been around for ten years. I think there might be something wonky with someones AV software.
The google search for IT Pro Portal returns this, which does confirm it's legit. However it's possible it might have been hijacked?

I'm looking at this site from Firefox in Linux with the script sentry extension and it's perfectly Ok for me. Then again I'd not want anyone to go and get something nasty on their PC.

I'm running Avast as well, but didn't notice anything at all. But then again, I'm also running the NoScript add-on (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/722) for Firefox, which pretty much protects you from most nasty/dodgy sites.
Highly recommended :)

Another reason to run NoScript. C'mon folks, no reason to wait at all - go get it!
The page is fine I think
Srsly there exist no perfectly secure OS, so this hopefully didnt come to a surprise to any..
Every OS out there has flaws, that could be exploited to malicious things..

Went to site via Google news headline and KasperskyAv blocked URL drop of://www.nextgirl.cn/promo/index.php.
Looks like a (usually) good news source has been hacked
