Well i think you all know what this is going about when you noticed the title..
What are we going to do with him? As this can't go on.
All raids he has no flasks, not enough bullets/arrows. not even money for repairs. (but he plays all day on an alt????)
has no clue what to do and doesn't listen, only thing he wants is to get his alt in etc..
People are getting enough of him, how long do we still have to drag him along for nothing? I know we are short in numbers but this guy just doesn't change...
I tend to agree with ya ice ..the fact is he is more a casual player than a raider, as such he realy only raids when we are short
I think the trick is to find out what is going on ... if its a problem with the way he plays that can be fixed ... if its an attitude thing "cant be arsed" then thats another matter
looking at the logs tho he seemed ok ish, nothing to blow ya socks off but quite a few early deaths
Iirc he's had a number of threads about his raid performance both in terms of early deaths, attitude and dps levels. Seems like he needs to be demoted to whatever rank is equivalent to 'available to raid if we're not concerned by the quality'.

although his DPS seems improved i still get the feeling hes not giving it his full attention (flask/food buffs missing and attacking wrong targets etc.)
