Any thoughts? Whitey has changed his main from Warrior to Death Knight as we need DK's more so we could 'squeeze' an extra warrior in there.

He has been around for a long time already.
But when there is a raid and we have a ranged class avail i would say get that one in. As we have already loads of melee.
I will ask him if he can open a chat to one of our (ex)warriors to see if they can help him a bit more to get him ready for raiding. As i don't know much about those weird warriors :narnar:

Why not actively seek a main switch from melee to ranged? Why not say that DMR have 'X' number of spots open in ranged/healer camps (but reserve the right to decline where it would put DMR in a bad situation) and invite main changes from existing members to see if anyone bites? If they do then it would kill 2 birds with one stone.

He is well bellow the hit and expertise cap and this will make a big dent in his dps. He has gem'd for Crit and Str and he would have been better using +hit and +exp until he has reached the cap with gear. Getting his gloves enchanted with the +20 hit enchant would help as well. :)
