Title: ICC Tokens
Post by: Gandalf on January 12, 2010, 08:07:49 AM
As DMR are now progressing through 25man ICC the question has arisen on how to deal with the ICC tokens. The officers have discussed this at length and we feel that our current dkp system will be fine for these tokens as it will be self regulating due to the limited commodity that is dkp.

Of course, do make sure that you are close to having enough emblems to make use of one as the last thing you want to do is to blow all of your dkp and have a long wait before you can use the token then end up missing out on a fantastic piece of loot because you're out of dkp!

So, the official word from the officers is: ICC tokens are handled the same as any other piece of loot. Bid for them with your dkp, but bear in mind the above statement when you do so!

Will the same be true for Primordial Saronite drops?

The other way of looking at that is that you should buy now whilst nobody else is buying, as later on when everyone has badges there will be more competition and people will bid the price up.  In week 1 I bought the first Eluo token for 40 DKP, the most recent went for 70 DKP.

Just to put an end to questions, and to bump in part what pandi said, are there particular rules for primordial saronites and the quest drops from rotface and festergut?

Give Council time to respond.  The quest item is only for one perosn per kill, so I presume it would be in order of completion of the 25 primordial saronite to get the quest, pick up the items and do 1,000 souls.
