Be quick before it disappears (if it IS in fact the intro - looks like it :))
Yep, that's the intro (I've played it :flirty:)
Is that Martin Sheen who is doing the voice acting? I didn't play mass effect 1, but this looks pretty good...

If I liked the first, should I get sequel? :)
Absolutely.
It's excellent.
Looks stunning. I'll be getting it. The first was a great game.
Looks great :)
Worth getting the original on the 360? Or shall i jump into the 2nd one?
Here are some walkthroughs (http://www.videogamesblogger.com/2010/01/18/mass-effect-2-walkthrough-video-guide-for-all-classes-xbox-360-pc.htm)
I've just gone and bought the original on PC....

The original is amazing, I'm only one level in and hooked...
Got ME2 and have been working through it. So far it's not as good as the original but I've barely touched the surface. Would be worth getting if it's even half the game the first was.
got the 1st one in the recent steam sales ...very addictive! I have to confess I've started skipping through the conversations at speed now (they went all-out on the storyline!) and managing everyone in the squad's equipment can be a bit painful... It sort of reminds me of the detail in spiderwebsoftware games. Thumbs-up, def. providing hours of monkey entertainment!
Got it. Love it. It's brilliant, simply put. I actually like it more than the original, but that is specifically because it links in so closely. I imported my ME1 save, and keep running across news reports (Use the terminals on the Citadel. Cycle through until you get the first one again), incidental conversations etc etc that reference little sidequest things I did in the first game. If you don't import your save you'll still get these I guess, but they won't *necessarily* match up to what you did. If I was playing this without the experience of the first game, so wasn't getting overly excited when old characters turn up and the like, I wouldn't like it as much.
Still a damn good game though.
tbh, parts i loved more then the first, but some bits i didnt..
the inventory system in the first was a pain, so they decided to reduce it to something simpler.. but tbh i think they over did it a bit, 3-4 guns in average for each weapon group...
and the part about ammo, they removed it, now your using thermal cooling clips! wait what? so endless bullets, but your limited the thermal clips..
They solved the MACO issue, by simply removing it.. i guess thats a way to solve it..
the new upgrade system i like, but the planet scanning and probes.. god what went wrong..
Its a great game without doubt, a little short and doesnt really give me the epic feeling like the first..

I'd happily take the probes if it meant they god rid of the stupid fuel sytem and flying around in the ship rather than clicking things.
FYI, 23th a new DLC with 5 extra missions has become availible.
