Ive made some changes to dmw2 skin.It as now moved onto dmw2.1
The changes apply to the settings button and what lies behind it.
Ie
the account, internet, interface, skins, and language tabs.

The main image on the Steam gui defaults to the copy without the lady on the front.
The lady is tucked away in a seperate folder for those that prefer it.

Suggestions for any added text or graphics for the wide top blue bar are welcome.
