Anyone got any bloody clue what it is? He has not mentioned it to anyone, has posted only scant third-party hearsay sleights on the forum and we still are clueless as to what juicy problems his temporary role as DMR's unelected Agony Aunt has unearthed.
Anyone heard anything at all (I know this is unlikely as you lot are apprently totally untrustworthy).
I think this is not just rob it's also ame ... Ame was a shadow priest and a solid raider who found love and decided to spend the time on wow helping rob the new boyfriend lvl up... 4 months later they hit 80 and apply for a raid spot. Fresh 80s they are still undergeared and as such its difficult to warrant a spot in all the raids tho when possible we do get them in
So in short its a feeling of being overlooked when we raid...which is not true. The raid sign ups for both are hit and miss at best they tend to come as a pair a boomkin and Tanky druid ... both oversubscribed spots at the moment
When the ovo guys joined then it reduced the chance of them raiding and I think that's what it's all about.

I was whispered by Sith last night (as were you Jas) and he felt that Walrob would be pushing 'this issue' (although I'm not sure anyone yet knows what it is yet) for his own agenda. He has done this and I have issued an instruction to him to take this to an officer as per our rules. If he fails to be able to do this I will take action on these forums.
I have also asked Penfold to review the thread as a Moderator and to report back.

Just trawled through and tbh after the first post from TL , Bob , Whitey all questions were given frank answers.. Still not happy he's decided to have a pop at TL and a few digs at the way things are run on the way.
No need for it tbh .. as yet he's not come to me with anything apart from a pm one month ago asking to be considered for raiding with Ame. They were bumped up as we needed the numbers tho never signed up on a regular basis

These are not too unexpected birthing pains, that were bound to happen when you have merged two guilds and have had an influx of 20 plus new members all competing for raiding spots. Unfortunately the first people who will feel the pain are the undergeared / under skilled and their screams will be long and loud.
As officers it is our duty to ensure that the skilled but undergeared players are involved as often as possible. As we have already discussed the perfect place to do this is on the first four bosses in ICC 25 and to run succesful ICC 10's with a few undergeared mixed in. Can we help the people who appear to be underskilled? Well these forum pages are thick with advice and assistance on how you can improve your gameplay.
Finally there is an onus on the members who find themselves in the above positions to help themselves, they can PUG TOC10 TOC25 VOA10 VOA25 ensure they complete the random dailies and random weeklies therefore maximising their emblem intake.
I'll loose 2 bad unz for 15 good unz any day :D
