ok so what did i think of the game, lets start with
single player
pros
good missions
lots of info from ai teamates
cons
too many videos
too easy even on the nails setting
now for the mutiplayer
pros
nice maps
err that was about it
cons
too many spam killers
no teamwork or very little from what i saw
teamwork/gameplay nowhere near as good as bf2
that kill video thing.. i dont want to see who killed me
it could be a rehashed cod4 there isnt really that much to set it apart
the game itself
pro's
good graphics, especially when max'ed out
sound effects are just about the best ive ever heard in a game
ok the single player is alright

you let me use my joystick...why not let me map the throttle on it:ranting2:
over all hmm might go back to playing bf2
tbh i cant see this game lasting that long............

Well this game is made to be a MP. And all your cons about the MP is depending on the server you play, the players and the server settings. So you can't judge the game so fast :)
I agree with Lex. I had a cracking game last night to start off. Then the teams got silly and so did the spawn camping etc, and then I really wasn't having any fun at all!
So it depends on the server and having a working admin mod ;)
Last night on the server wasn't great, without a working admin tool we were unable to sort out the naughtymen who were spawn-camping etc.
Comparing BC2 to BF2 is a little unfair Sulky. It's not really the same game at all, smaller in scale and higher in tempo amogst other things.

Agreed, the game can
really suck and annoy you to no end if you're in a rubbish team / on a rubbish server. But likewise it can be really
really good fun if you're on a good server with people who play the game the way it's supposed to be played.

Yup, was having a good time last night for the first couple of maps but then as the server got fuller there were more people spawn camping (more or less) and too much snipers just camping and sniping instead of playing with their team to reach their objective :sideways: So I left :)
But, to each his own. I only ever played the BF2 demo and I can't remember enough of it to even begin comparing the two.

Come on people this is not COD where you can camp and be "pro leet uber assasin killer". This is BF and it needs teamwork to take down the objctives and on top of that it has 32 players, so don't judge the game so fast.

You were not added due to clanforge problems a couple of days ago.
This has now been done as clanforge is now "thank goodness" stable again.
I like the game, as people mentioned, get a nice group going, get around the enemies (Evil git mode), cap the stuff you need if they're spawncamping, see them rush back and just pick them off.
