- Formal welcome by GhostMjr to Admin team and introductions around the table if necessary.
- Welcome to recent admins Tutonic, Lionheart and Dewey.
- Training: Do new admins and current admins need training with admin tools and do they have full access to clanforge, bc2cc and guardian anything missing?
- Guardian introduction, usefulness and implementation
- Passworded night- good thing? should we keep it if not why not and should we run it passworded and unranked.
- Fanbase inhouse-Have we done all that we can to grab a fanbase for bc2 in dmw what haven't we done that we could do.
- Fanbase out of house- Have we done all that we can to grab a fanbase for bc2 in dmw what haven't we done that we could do. Very Slow recruitment- some 3-10 hits of regulars coming back
