Given that we're not encouraging bringing in alcohol we can't really be seen to be giving out cases of beer as prizes I think.
So perhaps we need to buy winners a drink from in the Bar.
I know it's going to be more expensive but am not sure what else we can come up with at this short notice.

We're looking at no more than 20 people in total so it's not undoable and ridiculously expensive. We can do the whole stand up and be acknowledged thing then stagger it and traipse them off to the bar to get the drinks ordered.

I think thats an excellent Idea, and a good example of buying your beer/spirits from the bar, rather then the supermarket :)
Solid idea. Also that bloody white wall in the game room is crap for taking photos against. Anything where they stand a few yards in front of something would make recording the event for the benefit of our descendants less painful.
