Not sure I care anymore, but according to this link HTC should be heading for2.2, ditching 2.1... So, now they have jumped over 1.6, 2.0, 2.0.1 and 2.1. I personally doubt we will see 2.2 on Hero officially from HTC :sad:

I suspected this way the reason why they had an extra delay, but it really takes the ****.

I had my doubts as well, hence "according to this link". That said, the official reports from HTC have been close to nothing the last 6-7 months... I gave up and went for a 2.1 ROM again... they seem to have improved
