Title: Unable to conenct to servers

I tried a number of times to connect to our servers last night and it failed everytime, and yes I did press the button.
 
Do they need to be updated, maybe it needs to be done each time they issue one of these new mutations? :g:

It's the L4D2 private servers that I was trying to connect to.
