Not for PC.. Move along, nothing to see here.

Another epic fail for DICE. I'd love to see a game developer step up and say that all of their games will have LAN support... Imagine the support they'd get, even if it was unranked it would still be worth it.

Onslaught could have been expanded to pvp ala L4D. Another miss.

The issue with PCs is that the rental model is per slot. There's little money to be made out of 4 slot Onslaught servers.

Yes, but there are enough places the could set people playing unranked or even (god forbid) CoD MW2 style locally hosted. To say we can't have something because we're PC gamers is depressing.

Imagine the model where you play slots and the 4v4 multiplies up until it fills the slots, so 4*4on4 servers running on a single instance.

PC Gamers get a bum deal, console is easy to rinse and repeat. Maybe the real answer is a mouse and keyboard on an xbox/ps3 :(

im somewhat confident that we will see Onslaught for PC at some point, yeah the profit for game hosters might not be as high as a 32 man slot, but id guess that onslaught will be a great success so smaller clans might wanna rent some small 4 man, and larger communities rent several.
The game model is tested and with success in L4D/L4D2..
Dice seems to ahve lost a bit of their focus on PC, PC still havent received its kit DLC, and its probably still a month or two till we get it.
