Title: ICC 10 man this week and for the future
Post by: jantore on May 21, 2010, 09:03:05 AM
Hello ppl

Im wondering if ppl are up for a 10 man icc run tonight and monday evening? Ive been talking with another member that i know pretty well, and raided with in Sora, about running 10 mans with him in the future. But would like to see more of ICC and learn the encouters abit better before i get on the task. I have some experience in running 10 mans from Karazhan, but it's a while ago. So will need to freshen up on my skillz ;)

If any of the current RL want to help out, i would apriciate it. Maybe one would like to join tonight and give some tips and pointers.

Im hoping this will be a regulary thing going every wensday, friday and mondays in the future.

There are usually lots of 10 mans going through the week JT, we do not formalise them they are ran by whoever wants to run them.

i know sheepy, but there has mainly been a 10 man progress run, and then maybe another 10 man run. Last week i got into a 10 man run but it was saved at blood princess. But id like to start from the bottom each week and progress up. So that's why id like to start up a permanent 2nd 10 man raid each week, and progress to kill the LK.

So i was wondering what the intrest would be for a permanent 2nd 10 man ICC raid each week. As i will be one of the ones organizing it in the future with someone that has lead both 40 man raids and other raids before :)

Im hoping to get a 10 man ICC run together tonight.

JT I dont want to argue but usually there are at least 3 ICC10 runs each weak (however I admit last week wasnt the case). Some of them end at Saufang, some do 7-8 bosses and stop and then there is the progression run which is usually on 2-weeks lockout.  So there is maybe another 10 man run, but most likely more than just this ;)

I've stuck one up for Wednesday, depending who signs up it'll be a progression run or a fresh run.

I'm happy to take people all the way through - blitz Lower Spire, then clear Blood Queen, have a look at Sindragosa and so on.

There are also regular alt-runs, I whispered into DMR this afternoon for example for an alt run, nobody could make this one but we cleared through to PP anyway.  Having said that, there's nothing wrong with aiming to run one on the days you mentioned JT and I think the guild always welcomes people who step up and help with the unofficial raids, so props to you for doing so.  I can't offer to be much help myself on those days though as they match my normal raid days apart from the Friday where I might be able to assist.  Hopefully you'll get a full run going tonight :)

Well, we got 2 x ICC10 groups running on Friday night and both did well.   Keep up the attendance people and we'll be able to keep the runs going!

I hope the 10 mans dont impact on the attendance of 25 mans as we have been down a bit on attendance the lat week or so.

They are totally unofficial, voluntary and nothing to do with the 25 mans, so they should have zero impact.  They are for the people who have regularly requested and wanted informal ICC10 runs on non-raid nights to help with badges, learning encounters & gear etc.
