Spell power
Haste
Mana regen
Other

You best spell is wild growth (Glyph it too) its got a 6 second CD ... everything you do should be based around that cooldown and it should never be missed.. The best output possible would be to put rejuve (instacast) on 5 people then hit wild growth, nice for steady raid damage . Tho that's not always what the fight needs. If it's a medium heal go regrowth, nourish, rejuve and guess what ya 6 seconds is up hit wild growth .. If it tanks ya healing try life bloom up to 3 stacks , rejuve , nourish and yup its wilds growth time again. if you alternate that with the medium heal rotation it will get you through tho you are better off just getting the pally to look after the tanks:P

You should also make a couple of emergency buttons ...rejuve/swiftmend ...... natures swiftness/healing touch

You should be looking at around 600 haste as natures grace will get ya close enough to the cap..

Raiding as a tree (I like the new upcoming changes in cata, only in tree form when its needed) is most effective with haste at about 856, unless you are specced with Celestial Focus (735). Usually getting CF means slacking in important resto talents.. Personally I hate getting CF due this. Its not needed anyway because there is plenty of gear to get to the soft cap (856), else there is gems. This ofcourse depends on the raid setup aswell due haste buffs.

I'd refer to this thread: http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/683669-Resto-Druid-Guide-Updated-for-3.3 for everything you need to know while playing as a resto druid ;) The builds there refer to a lot of options. Choose what you like the most. Personally I don't like to rely on nature's grace that needs a straight crit (no crits from hots) to get to the haste cap. Thats why I suggest you go for atleast 856 without CF.

You can even toy around with rapid rejuv (haste) because of our rotation in hots.. Sometimes 11 sec rejuvs are too fast.. taking 18 seconds are slow but effective in certain encounters. You'll notice soon enough ;) - this is a note that even Glyphs are important to take a look at.

Edit:
Currently I keep swapping the following glyphs to test it out:
- glyph of rapid rejuv (I like this hasty hot ticks) -with- glyph of rejuv (This takes my rejuv 18 second and effective when health is under 50%. This WAS handy at festergut or precious and the like. If people are geared for it, it ain't needed anymore.)

- glyph of nourish (extra healing while hots are on it, helps alot) -with- glyph of wild growth (mainly handy in 25 mans)

The one I don't swap is: glyph of swiftmend.

Enjoy! :D
