The next step is how we use it. It shows the massive gaps we have in 25 man at the moment so all I can suggest is drop all members not making good attendance to standby and work hard on filling in the gaps for a stronger raid squad.
I have been tracking this myself and its been a pain to do. Big thumbs up to Oldbloke for putting in his time getting this running. :worshippy:

First thing to say is that you need to read beyond the figures - short term absence or having only just joined will make your numbers look bad, so let's be careful out there and understand 'why' a number is low before stomping on someone!
Firstly I think it is important that the new webpage is published and advertised to members so that they can see the quant of the problem. If people have a better understanding then they'll be more willing to help solve it.
Secondly, and I've already said this to Jas, it might be worth biting the bullet and demoting to Standby those who seem to miss the attendance requirement by a margin. At least they then know that you are serious about attendance issues. Then you recruit to fill the gaps.
Recruiting is not going to be easy, but it might be worth putting together a recruitment campaign for say a 4 week period. 4 weeks is not a lot to commit effort to and is manageable. The campaign might include:
-ensuring that all relevant recruitment web pages are bumped once per day for the 4 week period.
-allocating all current raid members to a Council member so that each COuncil member has a list of people to go and talk to one to one, to discover if they have any friends on the realm with toons who might be interested in raiding. If you don't ask, you don't get.
-drawing up a list of smaller guilds to speak with to see if they wanted to help fill the 25 man raid in the mean time.
-considering a Trade channel shout. Yes it's a desperate measure but these are desperate times and if they 'text' used in the shout is carefully worded then it can present a decent impression if not spammed too regularly.
Also, let's make use of some graphics to make our recruitment forum posts a little more interesting. Take the Eluo thread as an example where it uses their forum header graphic at the top of the recruitment thread. We have a similar picture here, why not use it, it makes DMR stand out a little more from the crowd.
The effort needs to be put in to get the results.
