Looks like a cross between Planetside, Tribes and Team Fortress 2 - all being played in a persistent online battlefield.

It looks exactly like borderlands. I love that game. I can't find any direct ties to it, but there are too many similarities. I'll definitely check it out when it comes out next year considering it's going to be free!!!
