the use of the brackets negates the effect of the prefixed minus [-] sign, as the sum of the brackets is what is taken from the rest ofthe sum. there fore the easiest was to do it is to work the bractets out 1st, making the initial sum - 0 x 6 =0 and 1,000,000 - 0 = 1,000,000 so in effect i am saying that you are both right in a round about way in my long winded reply. see frenzy u didnt waste all your time in maths trying to teach me basic principals!!!!!! :narnar:
