With the disaster that is unfolding in Japan as a result of the earthquake and subsequent tsunami, we wanted to offer a token of support to one of the various humanitarian agencies that are helping in the region and have chosen Save the Children as the organisation that we would like to donate to.
With the blessing of the community, we would like to donate £75.00 from the community account to Save the Children to assist in their efforts, in much the same way we did with the situation in Haiti.
This isn’t a commitment for us to become a charity organisation raising funds for every issue and not something that we’d like to debate endlessly. As the Community Admins we wanted to give you the choice as to whether to donate and contribute to what we feel is a worthy organisation and effort. We don’t need to explain the devastation the country faces with further news around the nuclear problems arising every hour but hope you'll support us with this choice.

Oi, i know you like me a lot, but you must be very high or drunk or something mistaking my pretty face for a chick :flirty:
Great idea.
Agree with this 100%. Every morning I watch the news before heading out to work and each time I just think wow can it get much worse. So help from us is an excellent idea.
I may hate children but I also cannot stand suffering. Anything we can do to help is OK by me.
