It seems the larger kid got expelled for 4 days and the smaller on for 20.
The smaller kid also has a busted up knee and it seems their parents are now suing the other kid.

That big guy should be given a medal.

They are suing him?  Their dipsh*t of a son was bullying/punching the guy up; his bloody fault.

I randomly stumbled onto this earlier today and showed my housemate. We both laughed thoroughly at the annoying little kid. The larger kid was remarkably reserved and only acted after being provoked several times. Good to see someone get what the deserve. If the parents of the losing kid are suing I don't think submitting this video will sway any court to side with them. They should give their son a clip round the ear and tell him to stop being such an annoying little git.

For all I care he could have been spouting obscenities about his mother till the cows came home, his actions are unacceptable. You can't go up to someone and punch them in the face like that. Casey behaved exactly like I would hope a normal person would. Not quick to anger, didn't lose control.

The father of the bully is a joke. The mother is more reasonable. As for the kid, he got off lightly in the fight, it's clear he's not sorry, I've no sympathy for him. If he gets seriously injured in the next fight I won't be sorry, still undecided if I'd cheer or not.

As one to be bullied for years and also had a snap moment [(best day of my life till then) Luckily they didn't film it and well if they did, I still live in Holland so good luck sueing ;) so I was only put apart for 20-30 min to cool off.] I can only say kudo's. Ofc the WWE smackdown move can be seen as excessive, its not... trust me.
It might have been if it was the first incident ever, but people that haven't been bullied for a long time can't imagin how it effects a person, how it feels, what it does to you etc.

For the parents sueing, I can't find any good thing to say to them without strong language so i'll leave it with:
They should watch out that they or their kid aren't going to be sued themself!

edit:
Just seen more vids what people are twittering, facebooking or saying to the bully, that have nothing to do with the incidents at all (death threats or hell wishes) is a bit excessive. It is still a kid not a mass murdering pedofile or something, bullieng is really really awfull but please, safe that for the real evils in the world. Especially if the bully was bullying because he is being bullied himself. (still not a reason to start bullying yourself ofc)

Nice spear tackle, could be useful (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/rugby_union/my_club/gloucester/9432390.stm). Has he got any English relatives?

It still reminds me a bit of a guy trying to bully me around one time. Picked the guy up by the shirt, put him down (not like in the movie though), put my knee on his neck and never had a problem again during school.
The guy was then just trying to show off to a friend and his friend just stood there laughing as he got his a$s kicked. Normally I'm not a guy who gets into a fight but he was pushing me.

That would be Matt 'Bananaman' Banahan (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matt_Banahan).

That was a pretty clean hit. Nothing malicious what so ever about it.

I'm sure most ruby players here have been on the receiving end of way worse hits and dished some out too. I know I have. :boxing:

As for the video, the kid isn't sorry for what he did :eyebrow:. Both children are from broken homes in what looks like a lower class set-up. The fact that both children are playing the same card is an interesting one...

I don't know who to believe.
