1. LAN XX discussion
2. New Games - More Servers, Cost Implications
3. Membership, Recruitment, Growth - Can someone bring the real growth in our Subscribing members and / or membership in general year on year for last couple of years?

(We'll have a separate LAN XX meeting so discussion thereon will be done separately).

I have the figures for supporting members and can tell you last year, however I have no idea on the number of new members / active members.

Time tbc. Half the Council aren't arriving until late Friday so we'll either wait or run with what we have and then report back to them.
