Title: BO Altercon connection problems

I was checking out BA3 and noticed a load of errors with Altercon.  I restarted it but it can't connect to the server.  Can someone check if it's a BO server issue?

Server was offline for some reason.
restarted and web rcon says it's up.

That's sorted it, Alterrcon connected ok.

just a small request while you are fiddling with rcon,
can you make sure that the box to allow teamchange is ticked, and that kick for idle is disabled or time set to zero.
