Hi all,
As Game Leaders you will all have access to something new that was discussed at the GL meeting for those who attended you will know what this is, for those who didn't it's access to Pc Gamer and a range of different tools and facilities via a dropbox.
Anyway, We now have a monthly subscription to Pc Gamer which was funded by Dmw.
The plan is to use this to help research new games and give you and the council up to date information on where games are going whats happening.
So each month I will post up a summary of whats happening and where we could go.
You will also receive a PM regarding access to the dropbox and other facilities.
This is to be kept to Game Leader and above level due to the nature of the files and their content.
Toby and I are working on getting the dropbox working how we want it to so bear with us (should be ready soon).
I will get cracking on the first two issues of PC Gamer and get a summary of each up.
Any specific articles will be accessible on the dropbox (remember access is to GL level and above with all files being encrypted and an encryption password being needed).
Thats about it for now so stay tuned for the summaries which will be posted within this section every month for discussion/ approval.
Overall the magazine should be a great tool to help us grow dmw and help with finding new games for us to play.
