For the record, I sent Tanales the PM in-game last night noting the 22% attendance and asking if he was still raiding.

As already said, I don't think we should zero DKP, it will decay through time.

Demotion was done in-game just now.

Time to get off the merry-go-round.   Tanales asked tonight that we seek a replacement for him, so let's not rely on his attendance an ytime soon.   He's got some personal fitness training goals and that'll take his time (along with several game betas and restarting playing Eve).
