Title: Set TS3 up to say names

When you are logged into TS, do the following:
Click Self > Set Phonetic Nickname. Enter your name and click play to see if it sounds OK.
(I used 'snow key oh' to get it to sound right, commas might also help)

Then go to Settings > Options > Notifications:
Sound Pack: Default Text to Speech

Then expand Client > Connection and turn off:
Connected > Server Disconnected > Server Lost Connection > Server etc

with the overlay it shows you who is on the server...

Added the notification bit which should stop that ;)

Would also like to see the overlay though

It's the DX plug in. There is a panel at the top right which shows who is in your channel, and a small strip at the top which shows when people join or leave the server or your channel...I think it would be overkill to have both.
