Title: Modern Warfare of Words
Post by: ArithonUK on July 19, 2011, 07:16:49 AM
Voodoo Extreme (http://ve3d.ign.com/articles/news/61271/ModernWarfare3-com-Shenanigans) are carrying the story of the "www.ModernWarfare3.com" domain, registered in 2009 which is currently redirecting people to... yep, Battlefield3.com!

Activision are not amused.

This is funny but what can activision do unless they copyrighted/trademarked the words  ModernWarfare3?

Sue, sue then sue again. What they always do.

On a serious note http://www.battlefieldthree.co.uk is available - should dMw purchase the domain and point it to a landing page?
