also Clairre, mage, wanted to join RGW, told her to do an application as raider now.
tbh, I have a mage high activity + I have 4 ranged DPS now aswell. So I am not sure what to do with her.
Also by adding the Prot Pala we come to a total of 5 tanks if Gijs finally comes out of his shell. However this is seen as good competition and I think Demi will not make it.
RGT do not need a pala tank(obviously!) at all, so go for it. Just make sure they know they are in a camp - 5 might scare them off.
We're not in need of a mage either atm given that we had one join with a view to raiding not long ago.

From my standpoint, no to RGT raiding, if thats what Claiire is applying for. Had small but extreemly significant performance issues in WoTLK, that resulted in a drop from raider rank back then

Judging from his 18+k dps in the Baleroc kill, I think we got well lucky with him. He could be turning out to be solid gold.
I know him personally and he's a nice bloke. He's in a supervisor role on the manufacturing plant and works shifts. It means he won't be able to make all the raids but has a number of days off to make up for the time he won't be there.

Also, what about that Holy pala, seems good to me, and I can/might drop that resto druid since his absence and not letting know untill a day after!

As for the resto ... Hes on trial so if he's not cutting it point him in the right direction, if he's *still* not up to the task he will fail the trial and we start looking for another. I think its worth having a chat with both. Let our drood know that we have people wanting in and the pally let him know a spot may be coming up very soon
the point is that we have alot of druids already and we have a resto druid already aswell. So a Holy paladin would be a better option.
