I need to update my drivers but cba to do it manually so want a program that updates em for me for free please

Look what kind off Graphic card you have Most are Nvidia or AMD Radeon.

Pick one off these webby to DL the right graphic driver.
You can remove your old driver first before you install Fresh one!
Same goes for your Soundcard driver look wich one you have and go to the website,if you have Creative Soundcard it can auto update your card there!

& just thought I'd look around & see if there was anything for drivers & I tried this out - http://www.devicedoctor.com/ seems to work.
Try the 2nd one at your own risk, I would suggest setting a system restore point before messing about with your drivers too.
