is still with us :D I've spoken to his wife and he suffered another heart attack on Wednesday and is in hospital under observation. Hopefully he will be out sometime next week.

After two fights with cancer over the last two years, he suffered his first heart attack only four weeks ago and was dead for 15 mins before being resuscitated, a week later he was back winning races.

I've just spoken to Bob and he's being moved to another hospital for surgery sometime over the next few days. His txt to me was Lameduck 2 Grimreaper 0

Thanks guys for your kind words and support. It really choked me up to see how many people posted such kind words and special thanks to Ben(Jamin) for relaying my texts.
I was fitted with a programmable defibrillator yesterday and I hope that will sort me out. One down side is a ban on driving for six months (but not on dMr I trust) and further ban if the thing kicks in during that period, so attending future LANs looks dodgy.:sad:
I wont be able race for a week or so (bloody sore) but will take a seat in the grandstand and pass my comments on Dead Mens driving abilities via Teamspeak. Look forward to thanking you there :D

That's great news Bob. Take it easy and fingers crossed it doesn't kick in and we get to see you at another LAN, It won't be the same without you at the late night whisky session.
