Title: Brilinear Filtering

If you would like to know a little more detail about the graphics card driver optimisations made by nVidia in their latest 52.16 Detonator drivers, then there is quite a good article here (http://www.3dcenter.org/artikel/2003/10-26_a_english.php) that outlines the basics.  It also provides some links to other more detailed sources if you have trouble with insomnia ;)

It's quite interesting to know why a an older driver is better than a new one, or more frighteningly, why an older graphics card actually outperforms a newer one

Read carefully and you will see!

there were some ppl at the lan with much better gfx cards [and systems] running agames shitter than me.

i know i dont run them at full wack grafix etc, but halo looked cool at 128xwhatever it is i run cs in and it ran well.
