Hai,sorry for what happened tonight it was just fail on my behalf....i was thrown in the deep end and how did I do....crap in all honesty :S
I was not prepared to lead tonight,im Dreaman's bitch and it now makes me realise how much goes into a raid making sure every1 and everything is ready!
I was getting help from TL with setting up dkp and missed tactic talks and healer prios evern though im always raid....but then i managed to mess up Webdkp :(.....

Its not just down to 1 person ... This is a fight rgw have done many times... The raid needs a leader to keep the pace up and things ticking over (it not a new boss). What seemed to happen last night from sitting outside was individual errors. The raid should run on auto pilot by now. Tanks Melee Ranged Healz should all be sorting out what to do in the background before the pulls.
Drea is doing a cracking job but by now the team should be more than capable when he cant make it. Dont take it as your fault switch.
Thanks to Darth and Da for offering to help look after DKP we will sort you some info on how to run it. We also need some people to run the logs. If ya not doing anything else then that would be YOU!
Its not all doom and gloom what it did show is we have people more than able to run a raid Sharpfang Treach DA Switch all did some great work with the calls.
Getting the raid going, downing a boss.. is not PHAIL, my friend...

If we do the above, then we should have plenty of backups in case any one person is absent.
Re the DKP from last night, talk to me about it online Switch and we'll get it manually sorted. The timed auto-awards worked just fine, it's just any loot bids that need sorting. Wierd as it worked when we tested it beforehand. Nvm, we'll sort it today.

Its oke Switch, I thougth I told you I wouldnt be here, but I think I am wrong. Ill find some time to make flasks ect and put them in our tab so we only need someone to make the cauldron of it.

DKP from last night was fine bar one bid which I have manually entered, so the DKP records are now correct & current. Switch and I talked on TS and we think one un-needed option in the addon got ticked accidentally, it is un-ticked now and the bidding is working just fine.

In regards to flasks and food,peeps should have their own,this is a basic and common sense rule :P....We were, but no so much now rotating people for fights.....so if u miss the cauldren,u need ur own flasks :)

RGW are going good we just need bit more focus and we are set......
If any 1 else can help with DKP,combat logs that will be great....I had the wrong settings last night for dkp that why i had issues, but with the aid of TL (many thanks) it is all sorted and hopefully will run correctly.
Nice to see so many RGW post here, shows we care.
I think we need a little list of roles and responsibilities with enough back ups.

Tis np Sithy just think if a few more can run logs/dkp....it will benefit us all...if 1 is away some1 can step in and saves alot of adjusting and such :)
