Reasonable gear.
Reasonable app.
Has prior raid experience.
Woth an RGT trial imo as we've not got a hunter.

We had one.  We lost him.  We've not had a hunter for 5 weeks or so.

Asked him to head to TS to have a chat with an officer re a trial spot.  If he does not seem like a total plank, invite him. :P
