guys I have one little request, can we make it the beginning of a month, IE one of the first two weekends please?

then again I seem to remember the begining of the month not being a popular suggestion last time?

Ask for room 24, it has a lovely sky view, right between the window pane and the frame of the window.  Just watch for the brids flying down and settling in for the night on your pillow.    :rolleyes:

At least it was only 40 mins from were i live so im happy. Except when getting there driving down a one way street(the wrong way). Well the sighs were not visable enough straight away i knew and a quick around turn no one was the wiser. :whistle:

The price goes up by a multiple of a large number per head.  so we dropped the idea.

Personally i think its a very good place to hold it the people are nice loads of room/bar/food/toilets. A top place and my hat off to the one who found it in the first place. And im not just saying that because i dont live that far away from it.

Gah. I'd love to come, but even if there are spaces left, I can't ;-(

2 week old baby is a new drain on funds as well as time, and I don't think "mum" would appreciate being left alone with the new baby and the terrorising two year old. *sigh*

Still, I hope you all have a super time. And maybe, just maybe, I might be able to attend the next one, cos Lan IV was a total blast - I loved it!

Hello all, I've got another question. Since I'm arriving by plane it's a bit hard to bring my own computer and so. Is there anyone who'd be willing to lent me an computer which I could use? I'll bring along a few of my own things like mouse, headset and own cd-rom of Halo.

A list of needed gear will be posted well before the event. If you don't have a headset or headphones this is one of the most important things to acquire before the LAN as speakers are banned.
