It's been clear for some time that we need more bodies in RGW to enable RGW to field a properly balanced 10 person team each raid night. In my opinion the fact that RGW has not yet killed Ragnaros has a lot to do with having to bring alts along to fill in those empty raid spots. So here's the shout out:
We need more RGW recruits!
If you are a Social Member of DMR who wants to get into raiding and to commit to RGW then please let one of the officers know so that we can try to integrate you into the raid team.
If you know people in-game, ask them to apply & join us! We need the people to maintain a viable raid group and it would be a crying shame is RGW get stuck at 6/7 Firelands progress just because they can't reliably field a balanced 10 person raid group.
I was intending on returning to raiding once work permitted it again, however i'm having trouble finding the "go" to do it.
Bumping this ... we are starting to get apps so if you do want a spot shout up before we fill it

Now I would like to update my macro further. What rgw looking for; ranged dps?
May i suggest one of the following:
Prio1: Shadow Priest/Elemental shaman
Prio2: Warlock/Hunter (the ones in rgw now has sub-50% attendance)
Anything else? If you are stepping up to 3 raids per week... ?
