This is goig to come out as a harsh post no matter how I write it so here goes:
I'm getting a bit sick of these 0 progression wipe nights we keep having. Raids where we don't seem able to even match last weeks progress and it;s the same handful of people that keep making the same handful of mistakes that lead to nothing but wipes and anopther wasted evening. I don;t have problmes with wiping as long as people seem to learn but I think there are a couple of people in RGW that don't, at all. They just keep makignthe same mistakes, never speaking up for themselves, never trying to improve and generally wasting every else's time. I don't need to mention names as if you don't know whoI'm talking about it;s probably you.
I beg these handful to try and pay a bit more attention to what you are supposed to do, I have ADD and manage to cope better then you. If you're not sure about something then ask. I'd rather spend 30 mins going over tactics then 3 hours pointlessly wiping.
We have new content coming, a new start, please try to up your game.
I think thats a good recap of what I said yesteday after the raid, its good to see that some people show me/us that they actually want to progress and not just come here to find tactics or post in the absence thread.

If that is true for those you want to improve, then there's little point in posts like these. I'd say take it up with the player(s) involved. Tell them you obviously can't progress this way, so they need to drastically improve or find somewhere else to raid. Though it takes some balls to bring it up - I realise that - the rhethoric is simple really: Performance required = X. Your performance = X - 10. Get to X or stop slowing us down. That's my 2 cents. *shrug*
I realise what my mistakes were and will do my best not to repeat them. I have and did own up when my add got through.
On a plus note we got to Phase3 with 1 attempt at 18%, introduced 2 players new to the fight.
There was no kill, but some progress was made IMO.
A good raid last night I thought credit to tanks and melee on the ball control looks nasty in the middle
yeah it was pretty fun.. :D
let´s hope RGW have found a bit of mojo with this new content
