Hi all long time no see,

Just thought i would drop a line in to say hello and tell you what happened to me. On the 6th of December i had a heart attack and had a op to put 2 stent's in, I am out of hospital now and have to go back for another op at the end of January. Never thought this would have happened to me but i guess life is like that some times well i dont smoke or drink any more and with the pills i am on i rattle lol.

It my b-day tomorrow and i never thought i was going to see it to be honest.

I just wanted to wish every body and your familys a great Christmas and happy New Year.

Hi Swiss, happy birthday and welcome to the 'stent' club :)
I had by-pass surgery 7 years ago and another 3 stents implanted in August this year after a heart attack. I suggest we form our own sub-section of Dead Men Walking, I'm sure
some kind soul will suggest a name for it.
I'm well on the mend and hope you are too, look after yourself :thumbsup:

Many thanks for my birthday wishes and your kind words for me getting better :) And i like the idea of the 'stent club' it did make me laugh Lameduck , it nice to know i am not alone.
