I am in need of your insight about our raiding etc. As i have been thinking abit more and noticed a few things about myself and being able to raid etc. As we both know i have been raiding 3 days a week without a problem and there has been a time that i raided 4 days a week without a problem. But the time has come that i aint able to do so anymore and i noticed that i am able to raid 1/2 times a week. This also has to do with my admin stuff within swtor and you where correct that indeed alot more time is going into that. What brings me to making a choise before i drop down with no energy left etc.
Now i get to a point of where i need some help from the officers. As we know i am availble to help out when i am needed. But me being able for 2 days is getting to much for me to help out RGT and i think it would be a bit unfair towards the team that maybe a person without any focus is making mistakes during hardmode raiding etc.
I have spoken also to Switch about RGW and there is a spot for me for just 1 day a week.
On one note i like that option but on the other hand i know RGT and i know how RGW raids (one is a real team, the other aint a real team, i think you know what i mean) But it is also that i know i have 1 set raid day out of 3 that i might be able to raid. So that option is tempting to take. But my "heart" still goes to RGT and now is the thing i need some info from you, is RGT ready/able to miss/replace me?
If i am needed for RGT then i am there for RGT, i would like to be there for 1 day a week (on a set day if able) If that is an open option, as soon as we know if Leggs is someone that stays and on what days he is able to play.
I hope you understand what i am trying to say here and can give me your insight about it ;)

Leggs is a keeper and if he and torgen keep their current attendance levels then I don't see the benefit in having Ice available for 1 day. If we're doing heroics we really need a stable team and having someone in 1 day a week doesn't help provide that. If RGW can use him one day then great but that's for Switch to decide...
I'm still spamming general for some ranged support as that's where we are lacking.
However with rgw having 3 melee....do you want a fourth? The idea still is(i think) to make rgw a team like rgt and do you want a fourth melee that shows up once a week??
Well we can write Tyzo off as tank another no show....So RGW have 2 tanks. If grim i know he doesnt like it but could be a full time tank that would be great.
A 4th melee would be too much.In regards to what i said to Grim that was before we got this Dk in and he seems good and i would prefer some 1 who can do both nights....he didnt say only 1night to me...
So i dont think he is any use to RGW unless he can tank on both nights....and then he will be rotated and thats 2 druid tanks so fighting for gear etc.
It would be best if we dont take him on in RGW imo it will just cause another headache out of the many we have....can see after 2 raids ur reasons more clearly now drea lol
