I'm now in the wifes home city of Nanning, the temps have improved from -15c to +18c, shopping was needed, never mind, for some reason Calvin Klein, Armani, Prada, Paul Smith and Ted Baker have chosen to sell there wares at approx 99% discount.
The Chinese Bullet train is fecking mega, its like sitting in an armchair in a quiet room at 200mph!!
I have become a little inebriated on a local brew that I am hoping to bring to the lan, it is fermented deer antler mixed with Ginseng and Goji berries, an interesting taste but one I have become fond of (hic!).
KFC are here which is nice for lunch, but I doubt I will be able to find their rather delicious prawn and chicken burger in the UK.
Went to the father in laws for dinner so decided to take a roast duck, didnt realise small roasted dog looks a lot like duck....quite tasty none the less....I'd just like to point out for all you dudes that thought Lionheart was my name because of the crusades etc.....well it's actually my fave food....

Don't worry, I bought a s****y new camera before my journeys so there are a few pics forthcoming, also a lot of HD vid as well, I'll try and put it together into some form of epic travelogue before the Lan.
One thing I have noticed is that everywhere I go there is massive building works going on, kind of like Dubai was back in the 90's, but it is rather telling that in the Capital city of the worlds second largest economy you still cannot drink the water!!!
It's a lie, just drink it :)
