We will be getting needs from the the groups, RG for example need some new players to help keep it going.
I think that the way it should be is this
- Advertsie on the forum for the type and at what lvl gear etc.
- Advertise in the game.
- Make anyone that wants to go for it, do application
Then with OP Leaders input of course make a decion on anyone that applies.
I think we should give people already with us the oppertuniity first. But I do realise that in some cases, with regards to the HM and NM some people will have to be brought in.
Ideas views please.
