I agree but the main reson im sure he left it out if more people will buy the extended version because many scenes have been left out. Though they wont change their minds with hardly and time before the release of the film.
Has some pretty grave consequences for other plot issues (e.g. the Palantir) in ROTK and Chris Lee was fantastic, but you gotta ask yourself "Do I trust Jackson's judgement?".
He's done pretty well so far concerning plot ommissions in favour of a narrative on the big screen
Only seven mins?? Obviously the ending will not be the same as the books which is a shame.
And he was doing so well with his close relation to the books.
It was only a row with Ganalf out of a window and the rubbish bit at the end of the book. No great loss. Lee should grow up and stop sulking
I sympatise with people opinion on this, however think it's highly unlikely that they are gonna re-cut the movie at this point. It's about 1 month from worldwide release, and i highly doubt they arent done with the movie by now.
And even if so, they dont just place a scene in there...
So dont get ANY hopes up on getting theatrical version revised as it's simply not a time to do this.
But should that petition get anything changed i'm awfully impressed.
So stop sulking about how they movie is gonna be cut for theathers and buy the exteneded like everybody else :D
One solution to this is to do what they do with all shite films, skip the cinema and release it straight to DVD :D

That's what they do with all films innit? I always download the new releases and watch them in the comfort of my own home......I mean, erm....fook, I er....saw that on TV once...I don't even own a house...or a computer....who's writing this...dammit, where's me coat....

hell the previous 2 LOTR movies where in the internet in DVD Screener version in january both ;) Kinda ironic that such a major movie is that quick to be released on internet...
But then again seriously doubt they are gonna loose any income (aint much anyways) on people downloading that movie.. it's that kind of movie you go to watch in the theathers... and if not you buy the extended edition.. and ... as me.. DO BOTH !
