Dont bother spending hours unlocking kit and stuff for the vehicles, if this article is correct, its absolutely useless.

Unlocking is part of the fun, its almost cheating doing this way!
Is EA struggling with sales or something?

I can see the benefit for both EA and new players but it does seem like that. If it's just a few unlocks in each class then fair enough, it is quites hard stating out when everyone around you is a Rank 40+. However, if it gives you full unlocks in a class then i for one won't like it!
Its almost like pay to win kinda, I like the unlocking part of the game its addicting but I can understand plus EA would say yes to any idea if it made some more money

Greedy knockers is what they are!
Poor Duvel.. His thirst for badges and unlocks can be purchased in a blink of an eye.
So the game now reflects real life. Money gets you everything.
Do. Not. Want.
Depending on pricing this could break the game. Plenty of suckers will fall for it on top of the steep £30 pricetag. I lost interest once I had unlocked most of the weapons, equipment and such. Might also be that I'm playing Tribes Ascend for about 3-4 hours a day now as well...
Money grubbing people of questionable parentage :sideways:
Tribes ftw

Haha, well it doesn't say medals / ribbons or such!
Just weaponunlocks which are easy to get anyway.
I can see why people want the packs for the vehicles and such though as I had a tough time getting the unlocks for the plane. Then my nephew age 8 had the idea off capping flags with planes which is fun to do untill the server is filled up.
Probably going to happen, they done the same with Burnout Paradise
What a useless peice of bullcrap EA obviously want more money...would you pay someone to complete 50% of a game like GTA, Skrim etc wheres the fun in that? EA's pockets must be getting deeper
