Me and NvG enjoyed PS1, but it really pushed the boundaries of our PCs and connections.
It has great possibilities for dMw style teamwork, plus it will be a great recruitment game.
When this hits the streets we must be on it like a rash.
Can I suggest that someone keeps a very close eye on it so we can (Jargon warning) be ahead of the curve/ hit the ground running etc.
I have great hopes for this.

I decided to dig this thread out of the dust,
Has anyone kept up with development on Planetside 2? I played it a LOT before my dMw time and I bet it was quite popular here, so I thought I'd share the latest news article to find out if anyone would be keen to squad up and enjoy whatever is new, and new'er from Feb 19th onwards with the huge new update, not only for old times sake, but because all of our PC's can now run the game at a far more buttery fps than ever before!

Yeah I played a fair amount of planetside2 would love to squad up :)
used to play ps1 with my old community before the days of dmw and it was loads of fun so count me in.
A previous thread said that dMw played as TR the red dudes on MILLER, is this what we will play as? I'd be starting a new character since I used to play as the blue and purple ones way back when, but I'm up for suggestions, also, was an Outfit actually established?
Any ideas?
