I don't want to appear insensitive and it's certainly not my intent but I'm interested in the logistics of getting back on the bike.
I assume it was specially adapted so that the normal foot functions are replaced with handheld ones - such as the rear brake and gears? Also are feet strapped onto the pedals or in a specially designed bracket or something as I don't suppose you could risk them coming free?

Penfold your right mate gears& baack brake on left thumb,feet have velcro on bottom then toes fit in toe clip.Your right didnot care about the rain just hab fab time :)
